The "Basic Point-of-Care Ultrasonography Course" organized by SonoSchool on September 25-26, 2021 at Kayseri City Hospital was successfully completed. Fourty-eight physicians from different provinces of Turkey and from different fields of medicine has attended to the course. In the course, classical theoretical lessons were not held, but, with a new understanding of education, theoretical information was given within the practical bedside training, and the participants were provided with a very intensive practical training, as well as better assimilation of theoretical info. In the course, which lasted for two days, only 1 hour of classical theoretical lesson was given, while practical bedside trainings and interactive scenarios was reached 16 hours. At the certificate ceremony, SonoSchool president Prof. Dr. Erden Erol ÜNLÜER stated that the courses have reached a new level with this new understanding of education, and ATUDER President Prof. Dr. Başar CANDER referred to the importance of SonoSchool's domestic and international courses for our country and region.
